The Ranch Real Estate Center

The Ranch Real Estate Center is located in Westminster, Colorado at 120th Avenue and Pecos Street. Neighboring the Ranch Country Club and the Westminster Open Space, the building blends well to the aesthetic of the area. With its neutral stucco finish and terra cotta colored roof, the Center garners praise from its visitors and tenants for its design and sprawling ranch home feel. Enter on the main level with its stylish slate flooring and oak trim in the rotunda and you are quickly surrounded by the “ranch” atmosphere. Won best city of Westminster design award for 2000.

The Ranch Real Estate Center opened in the year 2000 and was quickly occupied by its first tenants. Currently the building is fully leased with a real estate brokerage, a title insurance company, a full service salon, and other business services.

Our tenants and visitors enjoy the panoramic mountain views and watching the horses gallop across the open space. On the back balcony, you can relax and watch the windmill spin in the breeze. Across the main parking lot you will find the little white house which is original to the property and was built in 1888.

About Jeff

Jeff Salter is regarded as one of Colorado’s premier marketers of luxury homes. Jeff is ranked among the top two percent of all Realtors nationally and annually garners coveted sales awards. Currently the building is fully leased with a large national real estate brokerage firm, Keller Williams, from which Jeff runs his own real estate business. There is also a national title insurance company, First American Title, a national auto insurance agency, State Farm, a technology firm, and a high end salon and day spa.

Salter is currently the sales and marketing director for one of Denver’s finest luxury home communities, Spruce Meadows in Broomfield. He and his teammate Bonnie Peterson have combined to promote a luxury home community that far transcends the mainstream, and they have had tremendous success in the upper end marketplace.

Jeff understands what homebuyers in the million-dollar plus price range expect; someone sea­soned and able to run with them and their unique needs and desires. Jeff has proven success in selling luxury homes; an extensive, cutting edge marketing program, suited for the high end marketplace. Jeff and his staff stay educated on the newest technologies and market trends on top of continuing to use the tried and true practices.

 

Jeff and his wife, Lisa, live in Westminster, Colorado, and have three college age children. Salter earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from California State University at Fullerton, while playing Division I golf. Jeff earned his Colorado real estate license in 1984. He is an active member of the North Metro Denver Realtor Association and enjoys mentoring other real estate agents. Jeff is an active supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, local food banks, and the City of Westminster’s “street clean up” projects. Jeff loves living in Colorado; from the mild weather to the active lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing competitive golf, and coaching in all types of youth sports activities.
